The Magnetic Separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasting ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size below 3mm and iron removal of coal, non-metallic minerals and building materials.

The Magnetic Separators are available in cylinder design with vessel whose diameters are smaller than 3mm. It is made of high quality ferrite materials and rare earth magnets. The average magnetic induction intensity on the cylinder surface is 100 ~ 600mT.  Its magnetic system is a ring-shape chain closed magnetic circuit with coils made of copper tube and cooled internally by water. This product has the advantages of simple structure, large capacity, easy operation and easy maintenance.

The magnetic field strength of this Magnetic Separator is much higher than that of the conventional magnetic separator, which is easy to operate and maintain. The magnetic separator can be equipped with three kinds of tanks, semi-counterflow tank (CTB), downstream tank (CTS) and counterflow  tank (CTN), to meet different requirements.
