Flat type high gradient magnetic separator is mainly used for the separation and iron removal of weak magnetic minerals and non-metallic minerals (mica powder, quartz sand, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, silicon stone line, spodumene, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other) below 2 mm. It can also be used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials.
Work principle of Flat Belt Magnetic Separator:
Flat belt magnetic separator adopts belt structure. During the working process, materials are drived by the belt from feeding to discharging. Non-magnetic tailings are removed under the action of the flow of water and magnetic stirring. The magnetic minerals are transported by the belt to the demagnetizing zone and removed by the demagnetizing device to complete the beneficiation process.
