1: When installing the cutting blade, the indicating rotation direction on the blade must be consistent with the rotation direction of cutting machine. 2: When installing the cutting blade, please tighten the fastening nut. In order to prevent causing beating during the using of the blade. 3: Please ensure cutting in straight direction and avoid curve cutting during the cutting process of blade. 4: The cutting machine should be equipped with safety guard. The operator should wear safely clothing, gloves, and spectacles protection products during the cutting operation. |
How to select the cutting machine for marble saw blade?
Choose the correct cutting machine is very important for using marble saw blade, and how to select the right one is our should be considered. First, we must pay attention to the power, speed, rigidity and precision of the cutting machine. With a diameter of ￠150 or less of the diamond saw blades should use 1-1.5KW adjustable speed cutting machine which speed is 7255-14500r.p.m, and ￠150-230 saw blades should use 1.5-3KW, speed 4000-11000r.p.m adjustable speed cutting machine; Medium-diameter stone saw blades should use 15HP (electric) or more, line speed 20-60m/s adjustable speed cutting machine, medium-diameter engineering saw blades should use 30HP (electric) or 55HP (gasoline or diesel power) or more, line speed 35 ～70m/s adjustable speed cutting machine; the power of large-diameter saw blade cutting machine is related to the diameter and quantity of saw blades. Generally, the power of ￠1600 single-blade saw machine is 37～45KW, and the speed is 270～360r.p.m.
