Soak the PVA Sponge head in the water for 60 seconds, so that it completely absorbs the water &becomes soft before every use.

While changing the refill soak the PVA Sponge head for 60 seconds to make it soft.

The PVA Sponge head becomes hard when it dries completely.

Do not squeeze the mop head or try to fix on mop base when it's dry, it may results into breaking or damaging PVA Sponge head.
